Went for a set of new tyres, staff were friendly & it was done quick. Rims were a little dirty but I was gonna clean the car anyway. Going to put 5 stars if no issues arise, really good price if getting a set of 4

I booked a full hybrid service at the Saville Street, Sheffield location.
On visit 1, they didn't replace the air filter or clear out the air filter housing, and forgot to tell me they couldn't get a replacement air filter. So I had no confidence they'd changed the oil and oil filter.
Then, after a lengthy exchange with customer services, I booked in for visit 2. Again, the air filter was not changed, and they couldn't get the part (I'm not sure why the correct part wasn't ordered).
Never again.

Recently took my car in for full service and MOT. They changed the brake pads and discs and since then my brakes have not stopped squeaking.
I have been back in twice to have them checked to be told all sorted to then drive away and they continue to squeak. As a customer experience, quite frustrating to be told ?bring it back if they keep squeaking? having been in twice. Like I have time to keep bringing it back in.
I would say if you are reading these reviews with thoughts of taking your car here, note how many 1 star reviews they have recently. Avoid and don?t be fooled into ?Halfords? equating to a decent service.

Went on a Tuesday and they booked me in for Saturday to change a tyre? turned up on Saturday (took 40 min to get there) to find they hadn?t even ordered the tyre. Said they would order it and ring me back that day but never did. Ended up going to Kwikfit instead ?
