I took my 12yr old daughter for her ears piercing served by Aysha she was very friendly and professional with my very nervous child. Excellent service and care. Highly recommend.

My daughter went in to have her ears pierced.
Aysha greeted us warmly and said that she could do it straight away! She was so friendly and helpful and made sure we were entirely happy with the positioning of the piercing before she did it. My daughter was really happy with the whole experience!

This shop would be satisfactory if it wasn?t for the stroppy, full of attitude, teenage shop assistants on duty -approx 6-7 pm 13/08/25. Very unwelcoming and very unpleasant. I will never be retuning to this store ever again, and I?ll be telling every one I know to never use it due to the poor customer service these two girls have. Poor decision to employ these people H Samuel!
