We came in this morning and ordered a sausage roll, a sandwich which they kindly made for us and a drink. We paid and didn?t get our sausage roll, i was stood there for a while until the lady came back and i asked her she then said they were cooking some more so it?d be a wait which is totally fine, i then stood there for 15/20 minutes and they?d come out which also was fine, she then didn?t give me the sausage roll and i was stood there for 20 extra minutes when served the sausage roll i just said ?hi i?ve been waiting a while for a sausage roll? she said ?well i didn?t know? i don?t think we?d return to this greggs as i wasn?t treated very fairly. Also another lady who was at the front was huffing, shaking her head and rolling her eyes. I?ve had great experience with this greggs in the past but seems the staff that was on today just wasn?t happy.

I bought a sausage bean and cheese pastry this morning and it was stone cold when I asked the woman (employee) for a new one she said they and not advertised to be hot I said why would you want a breakfast pastry to be cold and she replied saying I can?t warm it up ? ( just wasted £3.55 on a hot chocolate

Sign on one of the sandwiches saying ?freshly out, preparing more now?? Went to the till and asked the cashier when they will be ready as I?m happy to wait for one. To which she rudely responded saying there?s no sign on the sandwiches. I said yes there is and pointed it and she, again, said there?s wasn?t one. She then ?miraculously? saw the sign and said I had read the sign wrong and it states that the sandwiches weren?t in stock at all today (it?s 3pm) and they are back tomorrow. Bear in mind I could still see the sign in the que, in big letter stating ?FRESH out?. Why have a sign saying just ran out if you haven?t had it all day. She proceeded to laugh in my face for my supposed ?mistake?. Unsure of her name, but she made me quite upset and extremely embarrassed infront of many other customers as she was consistently lashing at me. ESPECIALLY because she was wrong, the sign said they were making more. Disgusting service, someone please teach this rotten teeth woman how to read signs and how to be nice to customers.

Used to be a good service. Last two visits had to wait over 10 minutes for click and collect, despite getting a text saying ready to collect. For the last couple of months food is either put out way before the collection time or you're left stood waiting for it. Either way it ends up being cold. The staff really don't look happy working there and it shows in the level of service.
Atmosphere is poor because the service is so slow, most customers look frustrated or peed off.

Highly recommend click and collect to skip the queue! The staff are really on the ball and have always had order correct and on time.

Always a bargain to be had for food and coffee. It's even cheaper with the App. Recommended but always busy so there's always a queue.v

Really busy, people queuing out the door. Very poor service, very slow. Loads of staff about but only one serving. Seemed more staff putting together orders for delivery or stood around chatting. If you get hot food it?s cold by the time you get served

If there's a queue going out the door then put more people on the tills instead of watching them walk around the store doing nothing
