I regularly use this Greggs, it's a great addition to Penistone. No issue with the store itself, food is always great it's just unfortunate that the staff are so rude. It's as if you're inconveniencing them by ordering. Very rushed and dismissive, my 7 year old daughter was spoken to very rudely and told to hurry up when choosing her food as there was a queue (there was 1 person behind us) perhaps some extra staff training is needed.

Went in on Monday with some friends & the woman behind the counter couldn't have been any more unhappy - she was so rude and dismissive, the customer service was absolutely shocking & I would avoid going again purely because of that.

Went in for some breakfast sandwiches. Took 11 minutes to get served. The ?senior? staff saw how long the queue was and just disappeared into the back of the shop. It is actually quicker to drive to stocksbridge than use this shop.The young lad who was serving was very polite and did his best. The management need to take more responsibility and assist their younger staff instead of throwing them in at the deep end.
