Ordered through Just eat. Received the order but a whole sandwhich was missing. They refused to send it out with another driver when next orders came through, even though woman on the phone admitted that she didnt send it with our order. Then she claimed we would get refund same day and we would have to re-order. Refund takes around 7 days ?????. Then my partner bit into his bacon and sausage baguette....to find there were no sausages!! The only part of the order they got right was things that were completely prepacked that they didnt have to open ????? and the woman i spoke to on the phone was so disrespectful

New staff may Haswell close this greggs in 2024 nothing is ever edible the new staff have zero customers services have to drive 2 miles past this greggs to get a stake bake save yourself time and just go to another 1 also shockingly shameless
