It's a handy call past Gregg's but it needs a security guard there, the homeless treat it as a free for all helping there self's to free food, I had a go at one of the homeless the other day and told him to pay but he still proceeded to walk off without paying, plus the staff need protection with them having a go at them.

The staff really needs to understand the term "hospitality" cause it seriously lacks! No matter why people just prefer to steal rather than to buy from this store. I also work in a well known coffee chain. We would never ever hire such staff which takes down the value of the brand.

In terms of the food and drink it's a Greggs and provides exactly as expected, staff are good too.
However - they now take delivery orders online and simply don't have enough staff, queues out the door waiting to be served being ignored in favour of making sandwiches for delivery orders, very poor when some customers are choosing Greggs because it's something they can grab quick before boarding a tram or bus outside.

Staff were rude and slow. My friends drink was given to someone else and no one did anything to rectify the situation. The food was disgusting, disappointing for Greggs which is usually so nice

Absolutely shocking? cue was outside and one of the workers decides she will eat a packet of crisp then decides to have a drink why only one worker was serving! Then get to the front to be told if we have a sandwich warm it will cost etc and not become as part of a meal deal? joke as I never had this experience with Meadowhall or parkway well to be honest any Greggs, just town Sheffield one it?s disgusting!
