JUST CALLED IN FOR A SAUSAGE ROLL. ONE STAFF MEMBER SERVING AND A QUEUE OF 15 CUSTOMERS. OH HE IS NOT ACTUALLY SERVING, HE IS FILLING THE COFFEE MACHINE UP SO NOBODY SERVING AND THE QUEUE GETS BIGGER. ACTUALLY IT'S GETTING SMALLER NOW BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE ME ARE LEAVING!!!

Staff created a lovely and welcoming store by arguing with customers. Shouting at one couple who had just finished eating and were taking a moment to shelter from the rain to 'get out'. No wonder the shop was empty
