Gravity Fitness is wonderful!I've been coming here for 4 years now and it's become one of my favourite things during the week. The difference it has made to not only my physical health but my mental health is amazing.I started in 2019 after coming through a period of anxiety, determined to try push myself out of my comfort zone. I had no previous experience of aerial hoop, no upper body strength and went not knowing anyone but I was made to feel so welcome from the very get go.It's the most supportive fitness place I've ever been to! There's no judgement going on, we all become each others cheerleaders and celebrate achieving our goals, whether they are small or large. I've made friends through Gravity and genuinely look forward to seeing them in and out of classes. All the instructors are lovely, knowledgable and know how to challenge us with new moves and flows but are never pushy or make us do moves we're not capable of. They all know how to properly spot too and make sure we're executing moves correctly to avoid injury.Lizzie puts on a showcase every year which everyone is welcome to join in with if they want to. There's also the opportunity to attend fun workshops too like 'bring your partner/friend' (a very funny class to attend).I really could not recommend Gravity Fitness more if you're looking to get into aerial hoop or pole fitness. It's the most fun way to keep fit and the community Lizzie has built just lovely!

Would give zero stars but cant. Was no longer able to attend due to suffering from mental health issues due to money worries.Informed the owner (Elizabeth Markham) that I was severely struggling and was unable to attend , refused to give me my money back stating that it was a membership. Paid £32 for four sessions , never signed any contract for a ?membership? agreeing to this.In return my response literally begging for it returning was ignored and I was promptly blocked from the group chat. Wouldn?t attend here if you suffer from MH issues.Studio was also freezing to the point where you cannot take off sufficient clothing to actually grip the pole, no mirrors to see what you are actually doing and half of the poles are creaky.

Pole and hoop is such fun and Gravity provides such a nice atmosphere to learn and progress at your own speed!

I joined an aerial hoop group 5 weeks ago, just to tick off another skill to put on my acting cv. I didnâ??t expect to be very good, and I definitely didnâ??t expect to fall in love with it as much as I have done. Absolutely the best part of my week- canâ??t recommend enough! The trainers are so helpful and really push you to be as good as you can be. Plus being given the opportunity to perform in shows is amazing!
