I don't know who decided it was a good idea to put the leisure batteries upstairs but it's such a hazard!
The staff are wonderful can't fault them but putting one star so this gets noticed and it's changed ????

Said they had something that I wanted in stock so thought I'd pop by. Wasn't on the rack so asked the assistant. He said he needed to wait to check because there was nobody to watch the door. He was very nice about it but I had to wait ten minutes before he could check. It wasn't in stock. Wasted quite a lot of my time going down there, then waiting and didn't actually have it. Why not keep your information up to date?

They had exactly what we needed and the customer service was superb. A staff member gave us great advice and found a screwdriver and helped us post purchase. Would definitely recommend

Bought a rab fleece
Wore once and washed once on 30 deg synthetic.
It got a pin hole in sleeve and looked 100 years old full of bobbles.
I took to store to return and was told because the holes not on a seam, it's not covered.
I have been a loyal customer for years and will not be returning to go outdoors.

Top high street wear,miles cheaper than JD with a member card(which you can buy with a member card,a 5va per year but the members card(postcode an house number automatically gets you 20% even on sale stock

Not one of the staff members approached me during the half hour I was walking around the store.
If you're a member (£5 yearly) you'll get extra discounts, some of which are exceptionally attractive.
However, having worked in customer service most of my working life, not being approached once is what brings me to a 2 star review.
