Few days ago I bought my first pair of Jordan 4 trainers as they were my most desired ones!! Literally a teenage dream come true for me! The store was looking great and had a really awesome experience there thanks to the fact that they have very kind and friendly staff! Jake, buddy, if you read this- thanks a lot mate, I really appreciate your help and you made the whole shopping experience so pleasant and easy! I recommend this shop 10/10 and would give it 6 stars if I could. Definitely coming back there soon!!

I had the silliest experience in my visit
I asked the workers to bring me a size 7 and I didn?t specify that?s a US sizing my fault however I asked the lady working their to bring me a 7 US again and she started looking at the ones on the shelfs I don?t know what was she thinking but she brings me a 7.5 US even though she definitely knew that is 7.5 not 7 but she is not taking it seriously so I gave it back to her attempting to leave and she suddenly changed and said oh I will bring you a 7 US ! Why did you hesitate on me at the first place and don?t take my request seriously! The point of that if you are to lazy just stay home at your bed don?t waste peoples time

I don't very often leave reviews for shops but we had such a lovely experience on Monday so I wanted to give a shout out to Debeya who served us. My son actually said you had made his day. He loved chatting all things trainers with you and you were so helpful. I've never shopped in Foot Locker before but I'll definitely be coming back now.

I was looking for a pair of Adidas SL72s.
My thanks to Jake Cooke the member of staff who couldn't have been more attentive and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble and as they say " he went the extra mole"..... a credit to the company.

Travelled to meadowhall from Grimsby, my 15 old son wanted some new Nike trainers and the staff in the shop couldn't be more helpful, a guy called Mason served us and his customer service was excellent very engaging and very helpful

I?m so glad I took the advice of the sales assistant regarding the Crep Protect 360 service.
After one month of wear I do notice a huge difference compared to another sneaker that didn?t receive the in-store sneaker protection service.
I would highly recommend that you to add that service to your purchase, especially to suede.

Had to take back my youngest sons Nike TN trainers as the bits on the trainer that are glued, have started to peel away...Apparently this is a known issue ? (So save your receipts! - My son had his trainers about a month!!)
Anyway saw a really helpful and pleasant sales assistant at Foot Locker Meadowhall who exchanged them and treated the new pair with industrial strength protector spray in the back ? To that person - you are a star ? Thanks for making the whole process an easy experience And to Nike - Sort your overpriced trainers out please!

Got an Airmax Dn in mid May and the shoe started to make squeaking noise basicly day 1
Worn the shoe maybe 3-4 times and after just put them back to the box cause its just so annoying
The squeaking noise always got worse
Only thing it does it in different surfaces only
So not aure what is the problem but really not happy with the shoe cause its basicly unuseable
Tried to return it and get a pair which is fine but didnt get 1
The guy tried to give some advices how to stop the noise but still
When u buy a shoe u buy it to wear it and not like this
Tried on the shoe in the shop and didnt make any sound
How i said only does it outside in different surfaces
But when it starts just doesnt stop and its ao loud
So i think i just wasted my money sadly
2 stars only cause the staff is nice in the shop
But for the shoe itself would be 0 or 1 star cause its extreme confortable

My experience here was amazing; Geoffrey, one of the staff members, was soo friendly, down-to-earth and helpful. The footlocker in Leicester wasn't as good, customer service wise, and the odd JD sports I've been in, has had appalling customer service. Geoffrey was really welcoming and had all the customer service absolutely nailed. The atmosphere of this store is relaxing and comforting. I highly recommend going here, instead of the JD sports in Meadowhall, if you ever need any trainers/clothes!

The rudest and unhelpful staff on a general basis at Meadowhall however whilst browsing I found a bank card on the floor, which I gave to an advisor at the till. The guy literally grabbed it off me acting like I?d stolen it and turned away to continue gassing to his colleagues. Literally no one in the shop and I can understand why with this poor customer service. In comparison JD is always bustling with helpful staff
