“Amazing customer service from the staff here; in particular the store manager, Angela, who went above and beyond to find a solution to a rather complex shoe problem I had. I cannot thank her and the rest of the team enough- they were friendly, trustworthy, thoughtful and kind. The store has a very relaxing and calming vibe to it, and when you look around you will see what a lovely range of high quality shoes, bags, etc., they have to offer. The way that you are treat by staff in general can highly reflect onto your overall views of the store- and whether or not you will return to shop again. Happened to be walking past and decided to try it out.After loads of other disappointing stores this was a teasure trove who found 4 options without even looking at everything. Price was reasonable for the one she loved which was also a nice surprise. Set for the wedding now ?”

Went back a hour later and asked a lady who worked there to help me find it and she helped me around the shop to see if we could see them again and I found the shorts, great customer service.
