Absolutely vile, my mates bought a drink and it?s legit mouldy, obviously he had a drink before spotting the mould, and he has just Thrown up. Absolutely vile he?s now sat down and feels ill. They didn?t even swap it or give a refund he bought it a minute before return. Saying they aren?t a ?buy and try shop? but they can?t exchange mouldy food. Trading standards will shut them down if they saw!

What an absolute rip off!! Just been and bought a packet of Riverstone tobacco 30g, most places charge between £14-15, this shop charged me £17. Go to Steers beers across the road, much friendlier and better value.

I've been to this store several times and always left with a smile and full bags, affordable prices and friendly staff, definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Good selection off things but be careful some items say rrp price on and they mark them up themselves more expensive and my son spotted prime behind the counter and they want 10 pounds a bottle its just greed any shop selling above the rrp which is 2 pounds is just greed we should boycott businesses what take advantage well asda we went and got prime the only on the road at chaucer

The staff here are so rude, so we went today and when the man behing the counter was speaking to us he was shouting?. Maybe had a long day because of working over xmas bit thats not an excuse to be rude to customers

You really need to sort out your staffs manners & your price tags out because they all over the place, you have one lovely staff that works there & the rest are rude & ignorant so I think you need to start talking to your staff probably won't be shopping here again till you sort them out
