Friendly, professional, thorough and very informative. Both my wife and I were very happy with our experiences and although the range of frames available may not be as large as some places, they had a variety of styles at good prices. We'll definitely use them again.

I always feel confident in the service I get from eyeye. Karl takes time to talk through the biology in a clear, respectful non-patronising way. I leave feeling my eyes have been reviewed thoroughly.

I?ve had multiple eye tests and glasses from EYEYE and every visit has been a delight. As someone who has worn glasses for almost my whole life, so has had *a lot* of eye tests, EYEYE is by far the best. None of it is rushed, they talk you through the eye health tests they do as standard as well as the actual prescription results. They listened to me regarding concerns about my eyes and took the time to explain my results and what they meant (luckily a clean bill of eye health!). There is no hard sell on their frames selection, and the pricing for those is clear and upfront. No weird packages and bundles that add £50 right at the end. My glasses from them are gorgeous and fit perfectly from the start, which isn?t something I can say for other companies.

Love EyeEye! Great optician with excellent customer service and patient care, easy to navigate booking systems, the only glasses range I?ve ever found where there are actually more than one pair I actually like (usually quite a few) and great ethics. Oh, and ample bike storage immediately outside or you can bring your bike in with you.

Blimey, what a fantastic experience. Was made welcome from the start. Cycled to my appointment and they let me leave my bike in the shop whilst i had my eye test. I saw Sharon and she was a fanatstic optician, really took time to explain the ins and outs of how my eyes were working and did a through test. I had drops as she was keen to investigate some concerns further, had to wait for them to kick in 45 mins, no problem, I'll grab a coffee and cake from the equally fab John St Cafe.. Was good to hear they also promote the faxt that your old frames can be reused and fitted with your new lenses.. Brilliant service.

As a fussy customer, I ask a lot of questions, but I've found the best place for eye care. From booking to fitting, they've been super professional and attentive to my needs. For the first time in 15 years of wearing glasses, I received a thorough eye test with clear explanations of each condition. The fitting was also impeccable, and their pricing policy is reasonable and transparent. I'm impressed and grateful and will definitely recommend this place to others. Plus, I discovered prescription swimming goggles - a game changer!

I would highly recommend this independent optician. Very friendly, extremely thorough. Highly knowledgeable. Sharon, the optometrist, gave a lot of time during the sight test to explain everything and even threw in a little teaching! The simple pricing structure is very reasonable and clear. The best trip to the opticians of my life. My eye test was very thorough. The team were all super friendly and managed to squeeze me in so I'd have sunglasses before my holiday. Excellent selection of frames too, and a clear pricing structure. Excellent work everyone! I just hope my eyes deteriorate so I can come back soon.

Love this opticians so much. All the staff are lovely and there is a lot of care taken during your eyetests. The selection of frames are unique and you can tell a lot of thought goes into what they stock. Also the atmosphere is very comfortable rather than clinical.
