Excellent customer service by these guys, expecially Talat who explained each step of the gearbox service which was required on my Mercedes C class. The information provided by Talat ensured I knew exactly what was happening to my car. The guys provided me with a health report of my car. I will definitely be servicing my car when it?s due by these guys.

I found my ideal car online at Europa. I spoke with Paul on the phone. He arranged a test drive and supported me through the sales process (which turned out to be a nightmare, on my behalf). A big shout out to Paul. What an amazing guy!

My first time of dealing with this company and I am very impressed. I have dealt with dealerships most of my working career as a driving instructor and personally too.I took my Mitsubishi in for a repair which was diagnosed and then after the part was ordered repaired promptly.Would like to thank all the staff and Steve the (service manager)? for a great job.On arrival this morning I was greeted by my name ( which straight away made me think wow these guys are on the ball) and the chap who eventually handed me my keys back ( sorry didn?t get your name) seemed genuinely interested in my repair and knew exactly what my car was having done!A very professional outfit which I highly recommend. Great service compared to the Audi dealers as no service !and Honda was ok but hated the car. .Subaru now are an outstanding car for the price and the sales people there were informative helpful with all the new tech etc . I test drove the xv checked out the outback wilderness fantastic car, I landed with the forester in the end , it fitted the bill Sales guy Ben was quite laid back and helpful not a stereo typical sales person ,did best to find the right car for me Paul was very helpful also arranging tests drive at short notice.

I recently bought a car from Europa and found the service to be exceptional. From start to finish the whole process was very straightforward. Paul, the customer sales advisor was particularly helpful and knowledgeable, only too keen to be of service. The car was fully valeted prior to collection and in pristine condition. I couldn't find fault if I tried! Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a prestige car. Many thanks Europa (Paul).
