Absolutely incredible customer service. Bought a battery, and had to install in it the car park after my old one fully gave up the ghost. They allowed me to borrow the tools I needed to fit it, after I naively thought a basic ratchet set would see me through, as well as giving me some much needed moral support in the battle with my little french nugget.

Was on desperate need for a wheel bearing for our Japanese import nissan elgrand, on bank holiday weekend!.. dealt with a chap called Harrison who had one on the shelf, ready to go!.. 80 mile round trip to collect on a Sunday morning to be met with the most cheerful, helpful bloke you could ask for.. absolutely 10/10 for service, and got us out of one hell of a predicament!!

Absolutely second to none for customer service!
I went in for a new rear wiper, for my 04 plate seat leon - should have been an easy swap but the car proved us all wrong!
Harrison, George, Katie and Amy were super! It left us muddled and the new wiper just didn?t want to fit at all! With some perseverance, a coffee and some milk buttons we got there in the end.
Honestly, I couldn?t have asked for more. They were accommodating, cheerful and an absolute asset to the company! I didn?t feel like a nuisance and they were extremely friendly. Couldn?t recommend highly enough! If I could give more stars I would!

The guy tried is absolute best to try and get me some new wiper blades at the last minute but unfortunately they are dealer only and although he thought that they had a pair in stock, when I tried they didn't fit but he did say I could return them when I get back from holiday. It was worth a shot as we were heading to France the next morning
