The assistant was a disgrace I explained\\nThe problem I am having with the phone not allowing me to close down any open pages or functions. He took my details and phone number then explained to me I was a customer of El and asked me some security questions explained to me I had 2 contracts with EE, BROADBAND and PHONE. He asked for my password and explained I could not remember, apologised but did say I have answered your security questions you have my phone number so you understand and accept I am a long term customer what is the problem looking and hopefully fixing the issue.\\nNo password cannot do unless\\nI hire a phone whilst mine was being repaired still not being bothered to look at phone to see if it could be resolved.\\nWhat a complete disgrace as representative for EE and obviously devoid of any technical expertise or customer care.

Called in to discuss my upgrade and received excellent service. My advisor, Corey, went through everything with me and also informed me of my loyalty bonus which allowed me to get a new tablet and phone on a good deal. Would recommend.

I walked into this branch for the sole purpose of buying a £10 top up for my phone.. Doesn't sound difficult does it.Well the kid that served me was making a massive deal of it .Asking why I have a landline....not his business...This person would sell his gran if he could some money out of the deal.... disgraceful.Why does a simple basic job have to result in a hard sell terrible service....JUST DO WHAT I ASK..IF I WANT ANYTHING ELSE I WILL ASK YOU...I AM THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS YOU.....

Only went in to top up my "pay as u go" mobile phone. The guy tried selling me everything but the shirt off back. Too pushy. High pressure sales. Going to use the automated menus on the phone next time!
