Antonio at the EE store is absolutely brilliant, we have a store in Crystal Peaks and we run our system through EE's WiFi, we was having issues with the internet and Antonio came in on his day off to help us get back up and running, he went above and beyond for us!
His customer service was 5* and he couldn't help us enough and we are very appreciative!

Staff seemingly unable to grasp the concept of ?upgrade anytime by trading in your current device? - tried to tell the man in the store this is the contract I were on ?you need to pay £133 to upgrade? doesn?t quite make it upgrade anytime? Phoned the upgrades team - ?no idea why he?s saying that as it?s incorrect? upgrade cancelled. Will be leaving when my contract that?s not upgrade anytime (which is) ends. As much use as a chocolate teapot.

Spoke to someone called Cerys. Lovely lady and very helpful. She was polite and patient when going through what we needed to go through. She was very cheerful and made my upgrade fun and easy. Thank you

We went in to enquire about a pay as you go phone top up for my wife's sister. The young lady who attended to us was really nice and helpful. We couldn't thank her enough for the help she gave us. Congratulations E E Cristal Peaks for your excellent staff.

James and Kirsty helped get me out of a tough spot when my ISP Talktalk relentlessly lets me down - starting a new remote job next week and having internet access is critical for me. They helped me with getting a WiFi dongle and even set it up for me in the shop - I can't thank you enough for helping me and making it such an easy experience. Thanks!!

Visited to have my Samsung watch repaired. Watch sent away and returned. I had concerns that they hadnt addressed the real issues with the repair but Staff in shop werent really interested and I was forced to literally sit in their shop trying to call an EE call centre somewhere else in the world!! Customer service was very poor. This visit did a lot of damage to my impressions of EE as a company.
