This has been the worst experience I?ve ever had with a store/company! I handed in my phone for repair on Sunday and they told me it would be ready by Monday noon. Not only was it not ready on Monday, but on Tuesday and Wednesday I went back several times and every single time they told me ?tomorrow.? Nothing but lies and excuses, saying the battery was not available.
According to the contract I signed, they were supposed to provide me with a loan device, but they didn?t even bother to do that. There is absolutely no respect for the customer here. Everything about this store/company is terrible: disorganized, irresponsible, and full of broken promises.
I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place

My s25Ultra just went black, it was repaired twice within a week time. Fantastic customer service, tracking of the repair online. The phone had a screen replaced at the end, no charge all on Samsungs warranty. The EE customer service was just great. I have spoke with four different people on the four occasions and each time so helpful. Hopefully the second time lucky the phone will stay on. Thank you.

Indie was lovely and transferred all my apps, photos, email etc. I couldn't have done it myself. Lovely lady very talented as my old phone had died. Highly recommended. Looking at ditching Virgin media for EE ?

I had an amazing experience at EE store thanks to Ibtisam . She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me with further. she helped with,resolving an issue inregard errors with my EE App. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I left completely satisfied. Visited today member of staff greeted us half heartedly, said he couldn't help us & to take a seat , then stood talking to another member of staff the whole time we was sat there which was 10 minutes, we just wanted help on how to cancel Voicemail which wouldn't have taken long. Bad customer service.

I have been a EE customer for over 15 years having a number of contacts including broadband paying a lot of money each month, my phone screen stopped working and i took it into this store were i was told has a google tech on site. was told the phone would be fixed within the same day perfect on my return the same day was told it would take 72 hours fine i understand they have to order parts, Having left it the 72 hours rang again to get a non interest member of staff who said its not ready nothing we can do 10 days later rang again phone still not fixed and no offer of a replacement phone as they cant do that apparently. having lost 10 days pay from work as i work from my phone i still have no phone and no one can even give me an estimate on when it will be fixed. if my phone ever gets fixed Both me and my partner will be cancelling our ee contracts and also our broadband, ee have now lost two very long serving customers.
