I'm a trade customer and first and foremost want to make it clear that the staff have been excellent to help in every single way, however almost all items have arrived with a problem. Initially the bath ordered had somehow ran out of stock (despite my placing of the order whilst it was in stock) - this meant I had to purchase a new bath suddenly.Following this, several items arrived damaged, this includes a bath filler tap which had the right tap completely broken off, the sink tap has the finish chipped away on the brushed nickel effect, two replacements were sent out which have been the same. Then the bath waste also had a tear/cut in the plastic waste, a large portion of my tiles also arrived smashed. Finally the shower I ordered had a part missing, having just collected the part now this is also chipped. All of these factors have delayed full bathroom installation but up to three weeks currently.As I say, the staff have been excellent and I truly believe this is no fault of the staff at this store, but the fact items have arrived to me is very inconvenient and frustrating.

Great service from Dean at the Archer Road Sheffield store. Very knowledgable , arrived promptly and was held in store until I was ready to collect. Very happy with the service and the product looks great now fitted.

Seriously let down by the sales team here. I booked an appointment, provided them dimensions in advance and lot of other details. They were not able to do 3D design, no suggestion on improvements or alternates, etc., swapped electric shower to thermostat without discussion in the quote, handed the quote print and brochure, not even thanked for visiting. Felt like an unwanted customer. Never visiting this store again.

I'm a trade customer and have had fantastic service from everyone at Easy Bathrooms. Great range of tiles and local to the area I work in so customers can go view for them selves. Never had more than a few days wait for tiles if necessary. They get tile deliveries Tuesday and Thursday. Restocking charge on returned tiles is reasonable as well. Replaced broken tiles on delivery with no quibble.

Very big showrooms with lots of different designs that match different taste . They do good offers as well . Debbie in the sales department in Archer Road showroom is very skilled and has a lot of experience who can give you the proper advice about the products which exactly suit your bathroom , colour matching , practical choices and alternatives . She is really very informative and help you to find what you want .she is not just doing her job but offers really good customer service. Thank you Easy Bathroom and Debbie as well and definitely recommend you for other customers.

Lovely showroom, and given chance to browse. Leendert was particularly friendly and helpful with our enquires. He was very knowledgeable about the stores products. We will certainly go back when we've made our decision.

We?ve just bought our two bathrooms from here...Really reasonably priced & such great quality. Wonderful customer service & an excellent variety of bathrooms on show.Richard was really helpful & knew exactly what we were after. We look forward to buying the rest of our suites from easy bathrooms.

Lovely looking showroom if not the best I've been too. Went to a few others in the area bathstore being one but wasn't impressed this however has so much choice the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

One of the nicest bathroom showroom in Sheffield, so many tiles to choose from. We visited Bathstore in homebase but this place was much nicer, I would recommend paying a visit.
