The staff were very helpful in showing were things were. Oscar was more than amazing, helping me lift both heavy items into trolleys and into my car. He went above and beyond and is a model team member. Definitely made it worth the visit ?

Usually I have a very positive experience at the Chesterfield Road Dunelm, and if I could find a different way of communicating this to the management, I wouldn't have posted this public review. But today I went to collect an order and it was the first time I'd used the check in system via the link on my email. I told the person on the till that I hadn't used it before and wasn't sure how it worked. She made no attempt to explain the system, told me the collection code was on the wall, and when I looked in the wrong place, she walked over to the code, pointed at it and said 'this is the wall' in an exasperated tone. I really don't think this is an acceptable way for staff to talk to customers, and I still had no clue as to the process I was supposed to follow. It took me a little while to realise that there was a link in the email, as I hadn't noticed it. There were no other customers waiting, and I really feel that she could have taken the time to explain it to me. I left feeling humiliated and angry. If the manager reads this, it was Friday 25th July at 7.15pm. I think this member of staff could do with some additional customer care training.

Love this place. They have a lot of great options from sofas to lighting, to bedsheets to home decor. I like sitting in the cafe and having a quick cake and cuppa after I?m done.
