Having recently purchased from Dreams I feel I must write this review to warn others of the overall negative experience I had.
Firstly on delivery I noticed a smoked cigarette end inside the sealed mattress packaging. As a non smoker this immediately repulsed me.
I immediately got on to customer service who showed little interest in the severity of my complaint. Communication was poor and I had to chase Dreams at every point for some kind of resolution with no updates from them or any attempts to resolve this issue.
I was offered a swap of mattress but by this point my jaded experience and experience of Dreams lack of interest in my complaint had put me off Dreams products.
Despite paying £500 cash, the refund was processed via card payment. This method highlighted a lack of consideration for customer preferences and an overall poor transaction experience.
I had to push for a full refund and collection of the mattress. I had paid £60 for the mattress to be delivered and this has not been refunded.
In total I paid £560 for a mattress and delivery and have only been refunded £500.
The purchase experience does not match Dreams' claims of being the UK's leading bed and mattress store with dedicated customer service. The service level was below expectations, and the handling of the delivery and refund was unprofessional.
I would not recommend Dreams to anyone.

We were greeted most warmly by Beverley who made us very welcome. She listened attentively to my needs and then offered various mattresses for me to try. There was a computer generated analysis of what would suit me best which was very interesting. All my questions were sympathetically and professionally answered. My final decision was eventually made, a mattress purchased, and we left your showroom well pleased with our experience. Thank you Beverley for your help and understanding. It was a pleasure to meet you.

Went in to look at mattresses - Kerry was so lovely and a brilliant help (even though we were quite indecisive and were there for a long time!). The sleep analysis thing was interesting too! Hands down best experience I have had mattress shopping, thank you Kerry

We received excellent service from Ritchie in Sheffield store. He really help with exploring multiple options for bed , mattresses. It resulted into 2 bed orders from us. We now hope order will be delivered on time and same quality as shown.

Paula at Dreams was fantastic, greeted me and asked what I was looking for, let me look around and then find her for help. She helped me choose an appropriate mattress and ordered the bed seamlessly. She helped with pillows and picking delivery. Couldn?t recommend the experience more.
