Forgot my sides and dip first time around then when they came back to deliver that it was stone cold and they didnt bring the dip. Foods nice but its dominos cant really go wrong.

They ran out a topping and instead of calling me before to save me a journey and fuel.
The app says ready to collect and only when I arrive they say we ran out, what can we make you?? I ask for a refund and they can?t even provide a receipt for that. They call me later in few days after I put in complaint, for the female manager/caller to give me the most disingenuous ?sorry? that they couldn?t give me receipt. Overall you can tell they don?t care about the customers. Food is bang average at best. Go elsewhere

Getting fed up with Domino?s sending out pizza or cinni dippers or anything that should come with a sauce when they don?t bother to include them. Not once, but repeatedly doing it. Drivers don?t want to go back for that.

I regularly use this store.
The food is always fantastic really good but this may sound petty I order bbq big pots with my food and they more often than not bring garlic and herb on a regular basis all the time.
It drives me insane they always make the same mistake. Then you have to wait for them to redeliver correct sauces. If they got this right it would be 5 star but they?ve done it for years. Thanks

Got my pizza wrong twice. Walked in and an employee was rude for no reason when I wasn?t arguing about it and just wanted it to be fixed. Not happy!!!!!!

Big patch of missing cheese on my extra cheese pizza? Wrong sauce sent. Clearly had run out of wedges, so it had been replaced with undercooked Asda frozen chips. Complained, and they didn't even get the replacement correct. How?? Really disappointed when ordering from here.

Hit and miss with this one. Most of the time, the pizza is cooked to perfection, and then occasionally, the pizza is dry, which will be down to human error of not putting enough sauce on.

Ordered food for delivery, food was ten minutes late, delivery driver had me walking all way across car park ( IN THE RAIN) to get my food, which then ended up cold and not nice, opened my wedges to see they hadn?t been cooked properly and were fairly hard in the middle, pizza was cold. Also sent my wrong drink. Called store to ask if anything can be done, no replacement food as my home is out of there ?radius? don?t order from here unless you want to wake up with a bad stomach day after and don?t call the store because you will get rude staff members
