great staff bud pizza not so good

I ordered a large pizza, but they gave me a medium one. They claimed it was a large because it had 10 slices. However, it is very clear that two of the slices are ridiculously tiny, just to make it have 10 slices.? Customer service asked for a picture and never replied again.

Just want to thank Gowrab for everything he did this evening! I made a mistake on the order and he very kindly explained what had happened and made us a new pizza despite it being my mistake!!! Could not have had better service!! Thank you so much :)

I was served today by a worker called houlay, she was great! Her customer service was incredible and the food was amazing! 10/10

Honestly if I could I would put 0 stars. We ordered a few pizzas and they didn't even turn up. We called after an hour and a half waiting when delivery said between 15 minutes and half an hour, the person who picked up the phone then confirmed the name on the order, and then put us on hold without saying anything. When he came back, the person on the phone denied even getting the order, and said that it was an issue with the system. Absolutely disgusting service

This place is a perfect example of how terrible a franchise can be ran, the management are clueless, the female assistant manager being the key failure. over 15 times I?ve had pizza that either is cut awfully, not cut at all or cold upon delivery, also many orders incorrect. The shop will also not accept any form of payment but card even if you bring the exact change.Staff are incredibly rude and dismissive, management unable to cope, what a joke.

My sister has Coeliac disease which means she is unable to eat gluten, she also has a dairy intolerance. If she was to eat gluten this can cause serious illnesses such as bowel cancer, problems affecting pregnancy, therefore a very serious illness. My sister visited dominoes on 27.01.2024 at around 10pm and asked for gluten free menu, where she was rudely tossed a piece of scrunched up paper and told ?that?s all we have and if you want anything you need to speak to my manager?. My sister asked to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude and was listing pizza?s that contained gluten, clearly having no understanding / training around this serious illness. Alongside this, all of the staff members were huddled staring at her and laughing, she witnessed a pizza maker making the pizzas without wiping the sides, highlighting a significant amount of cross contamination in that kitchen. The lack of help and the rudeness of the staff made her experience extremely uncomfortable. Luckily there were some helpful customers in the shop who helped with the menu, she was unable to eat her pizza after witnessing the pizza being made in areas where gluten were. This is appalling service and this will be taken further with health and safety standards due to lack of understanding of a very serious illness.Dietary restrictions: Lack of understanding from all staff and manager, cross contamination, rude, judgmental

Cheese lovers go elsewhere! Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 had extra cheese on. Ordered on the the app and then rang the shop to specifically ask that the ?extra cheese? was adhered to. You be the judge. Lol. Rang to get replacements which came after almost an hour, and they weren?t much better. O and the first lot were cold. Overpriced and quite frankly rubbish.
