Ordered the chicken kickers with my pizza - totally rock solid and inedible. Called to complain and request a refund, and to mention the missing dip from the order - very rudely spoken to and then the call was cut before I could discuss the complaint. Will update in 3-5 days whether the refund is given, though I was given no written confirmation. I'd suggest not ordering from this service: severely poor customer service and substandard food.

Driver arrived one hour after my order was placed, smelling of weed, and the food was cold. He forgot my drink! Made a complaint and was offered a voucher for another pizza ??. Refused to refund, and the online complaints team are useless. This is a franchise. Stay away would be my recommendation.

I have ordered a pizza from this store and I have mentioned to call when you arrive on the front of the flat. The delivery man parked his car on the side of the flat and called , and when I came outside to the front of the flat I couldn?t see anyone there . I have checked all the sides of the flat and finally when he gave me the pizza , he shouted with me very badly. I have mentioned to come on the front of the flat and not on the side. It was a very bad customer service.

Uncooked chips arrived. Asked for a refund. Awaiting it for now. But not convinced it will. Won't be ordering again.
Update: Chips were bad. But they actually refunded me. So can't complain on that note.

My phone had an issue and I could t pick up calls for some reason but my delivery driver Rafalat waited for quite a while in the cold for me to figure out what was wrong and to find him, he was very patient with me over the issues that were completely my fault

Staffs are so irritating . When we stand in front of the reception for taking order they are busy on talking with their colleagues . They are acting like no one is waiting to take order . Worst staffs

i found a hair in my pizza so i called to ask if i could get a refund. i was asked to send a photo and i was told they could not see the hair so i sent the EXACT SAME PHOTO again to which the manager said he could now see the hair but it had been ?put on top of the pizza?. it had not. i was told i could not get a refund, manager was rude, hung up on me.

I ordered a pizza and estimated delivery said 14-24 minutes, 45 Minutes later and i've been sat on quality check for 20 minutes I decided to ring up. The girl told me it would be here in 10-15 minutes but she didn't even ask for my order number? Not sure how she knew which one was mine but maybe it was the only one sat on the side for almost half an hour. Update: Arrived 1h 10mins (I live under 2miles)

food and service is sound but on the flyers they hand out it says a free personal pizza during freshers. But when i ask for the free pizza over the phone during freshers they say the discount is over.

Ordered plant based and received meat and they hung up on me when I rang them and asked for a replacement. Really poor management and service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Amazing service from Ajmal, went of of his way to deliver my food first when a pervious driver left. Warm and welcoming servive :)
