Gets worse every visit. Staff have no product knowledge, only reading the same product info you see for yourself. You would think they would be informed on the items they are trying to tell you. Walked out empty handed and will do my own research and buy a coffee machine from another retailer.

Visit Currys Meadowhall Retail Park and bought a freezer and a washing machine. I was served by Rachel who was FANTASTIC. She provided great customer care. I'm very pleased with the service.

Went to Currys to purchase a Humax Freesat Box but the Assistant advised me that this wasn't possible and explained why. I therefore purchased a Freesat box and happy to say all is going well. Thank you

I bought the Samsung S25 Ultra from Curry's, and I've had a really bad experience. Right after I got it, I noticed that when I shake the phone, it makes a sound like the screws are loose or something. It?s really concerning. When I went back to Curry's to show them the issue, the staff were rude and didn?t even talk to me properly. I expected much better service after spending so much on this phone. I would not recommend buying from Curry's based on this experience.

Was left to our own devices on entry, we weren't swamped by sales staff.
Spent 15 minutes or so choosing our dryer and was helped by a lovely lad called William. He was very helpful, polite and efficient and I got exactly what I wanted at my door less than 24 hours later.

I went to currys on saturday to buy tv and i ask staff f possible to doawloand apps he said yeah i came home and i chceck i went back to store to retund tbey said they cant take back tv because was opened its very rude staff in curry never ever i will buy again from currys
