I must be invisible. Nobody wanted to serve me with staff looking straight through me. Repeatedly asked people who said they'd come back but never did. Lost hundreds in sales as I was looking to buy 4 items. Will go elsewhere.

Bought a new laptop and found Currys had loaded all of someone else's personal.and business data onto it - bank details, medical info, client info etc. Major data security breach. Now I'm struggling to get any response from Currys to take this seriously or offer resolution.
Appalling. Don't use Currys.

Great customer service; very knowledgeable computer/IT reps, cannot fault the place. Could do with more vouchers for when you donate recycled electronics BUT aside from that, great store. Thank You.

Do not get Service and care plan ..!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Currys? after-sales support. I spent over three hours on the phone being transferred from one department to another?online team, in-store team, technical support, software, warranty, and more. Each person passed me along, and no one seemed able to take ownership of the issue. At one point, I was even connected to Carphone Warehouse and asked about SIM card plans? when all I needed was help with a broken microwave. The lack of coordination and clear communication between departments made it nearly impossible to resolve my issue. Very frustrating and unhelpful service.

We visited on the off chance that this currys had the META glasses. Sadly they didn't but the member of staff we found went out of his way to find some as local as possible as he could. Even going to the effort of telling us how far away they were.
Curry staff in Hertfordshire, where myself & my wife live, are notoriously rude or disinterested. The man was helpful, funny and exceptionally kind.
