One of the most awful Costa shops in which I ever been.

Just been in Costa this afternoon on Middlewood Rd and had a very poor experience. Firstly half the shop was closed off allegedly due to cleaning in progress yet 1 hour later in a quiet Costa zero cleaning was happening, replaced by the staff chatting behind the counter instead.
