Lovely place, lovely staff let down by the lack of proper cups for a month now,takeaway cups only. Apparently dishwasher faulty. I'm sure Costa the brand would be,'suprised' at this situation lasting so long.

Best costa i have been to in a mile, my mother attended to this costa mutiple times when she used to work at SYP Atlas Court premise for nearly 15 years. I came to this costa just a few weeks ago when i was attending for a job interview around the corner from the costa. attended this costa an hour before my interview honestly staff were so friendly, kind, welcoming & know what they are doing, Highly recommend calling here if your heading past

Absolutely love this place, the staff make you feel so welcome and make you feel special. They are so polite and customer service is outstanding. Shannon in particular is very accommodating and caring towards customers, she treats all customers with respect and her customers skills are outstanding. Coffee is great too, served to perfection.Parking: There are 2 electric charging points, 1 disabled spot and numerous parking spaces round the back, I never struggle for a space.Kid-friendliness: The staff are kind and friendly towards children with making drinks, offering suggestions for food and drink.

What we call a quiet Costa, in that there is somewhere to sit away from the noise of the coffee machines and hear your conversation.Wheelchair accessibility: Only one disabled parking space and a level entrance.
