If u even take off ur puppy & want to pay for ur drink they don?t allowed u!!!!they don?t like animals?!!i wish instead of costa we had starbucks they love animals also they offer free popucino special for dogs.we never spend money in costa because of there hates for animals & very rude staff????????

Don?t bother coming here if you need plant based alternatives to dairy milk. I visited this branch in the morning, it was pretty quiet and got served by a blonde barista. After asking for soya milk she said ?I wish they wouldn?t sell these drinks with alternative milks because they?re not the same.? People don?t order plant based just to be awkward or inconvenience you, regardless of whether it?s lactose intolerance, an allergy or preference. By her logic, should these people be denied a beverage just because it ?doesn?t taste the same?? To top it off I requested for the drink to be hot, and she made it iced. Barely any syrup in the drink. If a server is so judgemental over what people order and fail to make the drink correctly, maybe being a barista isn?t the job for them.

Called in while waiting for a bus and ordered a peach iced tea. It was awful. The tea hadn't been brewed long enough so all I could taste was water and there was far too much ice in the cup. Not good.

Avoid at all costs! You will get fined if you park there, Even if you go into Costa to buy a drink, Disgusting vile place.

Very poorly made latte with no care or attention. Haven't been to Costa for a while and now I recall why. Watched the blonde female server allow half of my Expresso shots to pour down the side of the cup that she was going to use to transfer to my latte glass. It's obvious that she hated her job and it showed. Next, she wacked in steamed milk in my glass and poured on top the half remaining Expresso shots. Resulting in a weak milky coffee and not a latte! Weatherspoons or Greggs serve a better latte at a fraction of the price!

Aime ? No please. No thank you. Looks as miserable as sin even to her colleagues. Don?t need it first thing in a morning I?ll be using Starbucks in town instead.

Went in this costa coffee at woodseats, the filthy and heavily stained seats just put me off, I walked straight back out., they looked disgusting.

Avoid this place at all cost, unless you don't need to use the car park. Cameras will track your every movement and if you step outside the carpark in any other direction after or before buying a coffee, even if only for a couple of minutes to combine collecting a prescription for a dependent, infirm relative, you will be charged £60. Absolutely disgusting and will never use this or any other Costa coffee again

Went in here last week to meet a friend. Was in over an hour n half. My friend has since received a parking fine for the use of the car park!!! What or where do they expect you to park ??? Absolutely disgusting.
