Good shop. Items always in stock not really had any issues. Always seems to be issues with anti social teens lingering around shouting abuse at people in the evening so puts people off. Staff friendly happy to help. Expensive like every co op lol

Consistently disappointing and at times distressing experiences at this store:
1. I was falsely accused of theft at the self-checkout while holding my receipt in plain view. Staff confiscated my paid-for items, and despite following up, I never received a refund, an apology, or any resolution. I had to involve the police myself, who ultimately told me it was a matter between me and the merchant. I was left feeling humiliated?and out of pocket.
2. On a separate occasion, I arrived five minutes before the advertised closing time, only to find the shutters already down and the store closed.
3. Most recently, I arrived at 3:58pm on a Sunday for just two quick items. The staff member at the door told me I had ?literally one minute.? I pointed out that it was 3:58pm and I still had two minutes before the posted closing time, but she insisted I only had one?so I left.
These aren?t isolated incidents?they reflect a troubling pattern of poor service and disregard for customers. After the first incident, it took me years to feel comfortable returning. Sadly, I now regret giving this store another chance.

Decent range of stock and staff are friendly. Unfortunately only the self-checkout is available most of the time and seems to be left to security to deal with issues as the counter checkout is rarely attended by staff who are shelf-filling. Hate self checkout so I tend to avoid this shop.

Rubbish staff, unfriendly and you always feel they can?t be bothered to even make eye contact. I mainly use it to collect Amazon parcels, if the staff were friendly I?d be more inclined to shop there but always feel as if they?re spoiling for a fight, I?m great with my customers at Morrisons, they?re my bread and butter, I expect more , the security staff are always nice but the rest of them need to appreciate they only have jobs because we shop there

This place has really gone downhill over the past few months. The self serve machines that you are obliged to use (as there is only one member of staff at the counter) have always played up ('please remove last item' repeatedly coming up for no reason), but at least someone used to come and fix it after a short wait. The last few times I have had this problem, I have basically been ignored (with the light left flashing for 10 minutes), and I have had to pick up all my packed bags, shift them to a new machine, and unpack them and start again! Oh, and that's not forgetting the time when an attendant finally arrived (gentleman who often stocks shelves), looking angry and blaming the problem on me (no apology for the ridiculously long wait!). This coop are going to really have to buck their ideas up, if they want to keep loyal, regular customers who make substantial shops here. I think a lot will vote with their feet once the new Lidl are up and running!! The only exception is the security guard, who is fantastic and very respectful!
