Shocking ? experience in my local shop staff member was rude would not serve me this morning the manager had to come serve me it's was a middle age lady short blonde hair very unhappy lady you can tell she don't like her job how she still works there I will never know she gets paid to do nothing apart from look at you with a grumpy face and refusing to serve a paying customer horrible grumpy sad woman

3rd time in 2 week Iv come to this co op for half 7 and it?s not open! Even the delivery drive is sat waiting. No lights on no staff!! Shocking behaviour!!

By coop standards this is poor. People are often stranded looking for help from staff at the tills. It's rarely fully stocked, ailes feel over crowded. Staff also appear generally unfriendly. Never an enjoyable experience.

Don't expect any member of staff to attend the self checkouts. After 10 minutes I gave up and left my purchases. Two members of staff were a meter from me and ignored me. The red flashing light on my checkout station were just as invisible to the staff as myself. The long queue of waiting customers were sympathetic but realised that I was blocking a viable escape. This retail outlet has lost my custom forever. The shop is great, the staff are great, management seems to be missing.

Very good for a local mini supermarket. Ideal for a quick shopping visit when you are short of time. Generally a good selection of items.

It's a Co-Op and it's in Fulwood, so naturally all the staff and customers start shaking with fear and clutching their jewellery if they deem you to "look like an immigrant". It's a local shop in a local area for local people. Just so long as they don't ever deem you to "look a bit muslimmy", in that case you can never be a "local" even if you've lived in the petty little neanderthal area for 50 years. Like the entire area of Fulwood, it's like stepping back in time about a thousand years. The locals stand around pointing with their mouths open saying things like "Looky here Daisy-Lee, that myan has a ring on his finger. I ain't never seen no myan wearing joowlerry before. He must be's one of them fancy forrynahs wanting to be doing evil things to me!"

Helpful staff and a better selection than the Tescos on Fulwood Road ? so worth walking over the hill for ? always decent offers on the coop card too ? and they recycle soft plastic
