Refrigerator doors left open beer and wine warm staff just shut em instead of walking past . Wine alcohol vol is different to whats on bottles on the front info sticker , less by the way many White down to 11% from 12.5 but still same price or more . Crafty , dint check reds. Staff always nice ?

Came in here about an hour ago intending to purchase 2 meal deals. Used the SCOT till as I assumed it would be quicker. I get the obligatory message saying that an assistant is needed to authorise my energy drink. I must have been stood there like a lemon for 10mins while the assistant behind the one till was doing something, either on some work related handheld device or her own phone, I couldn't tell from that distance. Then a male assistant came out and the pair just started chatting. No other customers at the tills, just me stood with a red light awaiting my age confirmation. I waited a few moments longer then made my mind up that with this level of service I would be happier keeping my money, so just walked out leaving the items. I bet I would have been noticed if I walked out without paying. Don't worry CoOp, I've given you enough chances now, but the shoddy service and the high prices don't warrant me darkening your door again. I'll stick to my local Heron, where its low priced and there are actual Humans willing to see to customers.

Great place for everything apart from getting a lotto ticket ??? It's about a 1 in 3 chance of actually getting a lotto ticket for the day you've asked for. I went in three times today and asked for lucky dips for tonight. One of them is for tonight, one for tomorrow and one for Thursday. This is a very VERY regular occurrence but also a little hilarious and the store is always well run and the staff super friendly, it's just a novel perk and sometimes the tickets win. I do wonder if I've been done out of some winnings though ???

Always clean and quick service, friendly staff. Car park sometimes gets full, but most cars only stay a few minutes, so be patient and let someone out. Easy access on foot from the road
