Always has what I need, staff are all lovely only complaint is since the store has gone online shopping 1 you can never get parked due to all the drivers picking up orders 2 not enough staff on shop floor and it does get busy, feel for the staff having to try serve customers, aswel as picking orders and restocking, the company needs to look at getting in more staff instead of thinking of the profits.

Not going in again as they never have in what I want. Almost every variety of cheese but stopped doing the ONLY vegan version, same for Richmond sausage, every conceivable version but stopped doing the ONLY vegan version only other option is Linda McCartney which can't exactly be called a sausage especially since they changed the recipe.
Tonight no soya cream . Absolute joke.

I just went to collect my parcel one half lashes layde she told me( it's stranger you are muslim and your name is sonya ,Sonya is not a muslim name...)
Sonya is not meaning any relagens she was really sooo rood ..
Sha had half eye lash neary came off fake lashes rood her background is black...
I live in this country for 10 years no body saying any thing about my name.

The two staff members currently working at the Southey co-op (11am, Monday 13th November 2023) clearly have a problem with anyone who isn't English and primarily not white. Often when I go to this co-op and they are there, it's always the same issues with racism and side eye, as well as whispering to each other whilst making obvious they're unhappy by my presence in the shop. I am spending my money and not bothering anyone, people like them just make businesses like co-op lose customers and money, her customer services skills are very poor.

I tend to only use this or any other Co-op when I absolutely must. It isn't a supermarket by any stretch of the Imagination. The prices of even the essentials are vastly over inflated when compared to the likes of Morrisons or Asda. Aldi or Lidl prices blow them out of the water.
