Just okay. Prices are usually incorrect and I end up spending more - e.g organic eggs are priced at 2.90 but scan at £3, coffee was priced at 4.85 but scanned at £5. Co-op member prices never scan correctly and it takes a while to get them sorted.
Please also turn down the volume of the machines. They scream at you very loudly and it's very unpleasant. It can just be talking volume not shouting volume.

I only come here because Waitrose doesn?t stock the Lotus Biscoff Milk Chocolate with Biscoff Spread.
I spotted this gelato and thought I?d give it a try but sadly, the Co-op ?Irresistible? Vanilla & Caramel Cookie Gelato is the most disappointing gelato I?ve ever had.
Also, the level of customer service is extremely poor in this store and virtually non-existent.

Well what a shambles at the till today 31 10 24 .Lady with trolly and 2 persons shopping plus lotto ..6 customers waiting to be served before the cashier called some one else down.
Eventually got served and was as I found out later charged twice for 1 item as the cashier serving was to busy taking to the other cashier ...Not good ..

Much better sinice the refit. I'm sure I'll get used to where some things have been relocated too after a few more months!! Large shelf space for milk, something another local shop doesn't have any more.

Bad customer service. Today I was there and I brought my own bag with me to the store . One guy working there approached me and asked me to take a basket while i do not need one since i brought my own bag and i just had two thing to buy : Wispa chocolate bar and philadelphia cheese. Everyone there was shopping using his bag even though they had more stuff than me and no body ask them to take a basket , why did he asked me to take one? The only explanation is that he might be suspicious that I was going to take something without paying which is really disrespectful and annoying to make the customer not feel trusted!!!!

This shop is useless.customer service is zero.with long queues and very lfew lights on, close it down if that's the best the coop can do, if I could score this store no stars I would have.

Have shopped here regularly for years now. They seem to be one of the best shops for employing friendly, helpful and just generally nice staff members. Did a great job throughout the pandemic of implementing the obligatory measures but without going OTT and making it weird and uncomfortable to shop like most places seemed to do.

A really good supermarket with a great and diverse selection of products. Very close to where I live to it makes it to 5 stars for the convenience alone.
