Ann was a very good person with dealing with my things at the co-op help me a great deal as I can?t see you very well went through it by stages never told me what to say but told me the options what I could have very good one of the best I?ve been to was Ann at the co-op.

The customer service offered by this bank is beyond abysmal. I have been locked out of my account for over a week now. After taking what seemed like forever to speak to someone on the phone, they still could not fix the issue. On top of this, you can hear every conversation loud and clear in the background, very unprofessional indeed!!!

Don't advertise telephone banking when nobody answers wasted a morning for a 5 minute transaction because i had to get into sheffield centre to get it done needs to get better

I have only recently started using this Bank. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff.The Bank is really clean and ?fresh?. Only visited on three occasions, and my business was concluded within minutes.

Tried to ring up to rearrange an appointment but the line was busy with no average wait time offered. The business card I was provided only had the main number (is it is really that difficult to have an extra phone line available? Tried to email a quick message but the email address was invalid. Whole experience taught me that it would be much better to find a more efficient bank that knows what they are doing. Thanks for your consideration though.

As a partially sighted person who's sight is deteriorating on line banking isn't an option.I am stuck with the telephone service only, usual wait time 25mins+I rang today to arrange a cash withdrawal, spoke to a call centre in Manchester who told me if I wished to withdraw £10000 or more I would have to order it and it would take 3weeks? Firstly, I can withdraw £500 per day and take 20days, one day less. What's that about! and secondly I can take £5000 without an appointment and just walk in. I find out tomorrow.

My local branch in Rotherham has closed the nearest is Sheffield 16miles away. I tried to call the helpline, after holding on for 20mins I hung up. No indication of where you are in the queue or likely wait time. Very poor service.
