Unfortunately not a very good experience. Went to get my twin boys their first pair of shoes. The staff were not welcoming at all and didn't even greet us or offer to help with sizing/ getting shoes etc. They also seemed to have a very limited range to choose from. We struggled to get the double pram around the shop as things had been left in the way and staff didn't offer to help or move things. We ended up going to Clinks where we had a lovely experience.

Unfriendly staff! Poor customer service won?t even crack a smile. Such attitude! The lady who served me was Tracey. Not welcoming, You ask a question and the lady talks down at you in a patronising manner. My husband had the same experience last week with the same woman, he explained when she asked him a question regarding a refund she looked at him like he was stupid! Management need to be informed as this is the face of the company! Will be shopping online from now on due to terrible experience in store.

Went with my G.Daugjter for School shoes, plain, black, the choices were excellent, priceS more than acceptable. Shop Stuffed, we were number 48, ' VU ' the lady assistance, made light work of a Busy situation CREDIT to her. Credit to the shop, did not hear a single moan.

Went here to get my daughter her first pair of shoes. When we arrived, there were two members of staff in the children's area serving two customers and two staff members in the adults area, one of which was also serving.
I went to ask a question to the staff member who wasn't busy and before I could open my mouth, she rudely responded with "one of those ladies will help you when they're done."
Needless to say we walked out after this exchange. I understand some staff members may be more experienced, however, being kind and courteous costs nothing and I definitely did not expect staff to act so unprofessionally.

I brought my little one to get their feet measured for their first pair of shoes. The staff member who helped us was patient and kind. She advised us on best fit shoes etc. Will definitely be returning

Good service for Clarks shoes for all the family. These shoes from my experience tend to last longer than cheaper alternatives. Spend a small amount more here for a quality item which lasts longer.

Great friendly staff! Was no bother in assisting to measure my son?s feet, although there was a bit of a queue, possibly have more staff for busier periods? Overall great experience.
