The cinema has become rundown in recent years. On numerous occasions I came to find out that my seat was broken. It's also not rare for there to be serious issues with the sound or picture quality (Such as crackling noises).A few times I've highlighted issues to managers, however no interest was shown and no compensation was offered. Just apologies.Only thing going for it is the IMAX

I've been going to this cinema for over 20 years. It's still in good condition after the last refurbishment. I rarely have a poor experience, apart from me picking a poor quality film. The staff are usually very good. Having 20 screens they show a good range of films. There is usually too much to watch. The car park is huge, so there are issues finding a space. If you want to book in advance the process is really easy. I highly recommend Cineworld.

No air con it was unbearable sitting in the screen 10 to watch the film, bad attitude of team leader when asked to turn in the air con - a number of people left half way to fond the manager to complain, slow service on counters - there is no sense of urgency to work faster to get thw queues down.Disappointing experience. The kids on the counters were moving so slowly, 2 counters were open with 3 members of staff just hanging around. When I asked the team leader to put someone else on to get the queues down she shouted back that there were enough people on already, just seemed to be carrying a huge chip on her shoulder, people like that definitely should not be in customer facing jobs. Go to other cinemas for a better all round experience.

We had some trouble with the booking machine, cineworld staff were very quick and helpful in resolving the issue.Lovely clean cinema, comfortable seating and not all crammed together.Snacks are overpriced, as in any cinema. Just fetch your own, they're not strict. Ice drinks are very tasty.

If you fancy a coffee before your film DON'T go to Starbucks took 20 minutes to get 4 drinks not at all busy. 2 youngsters serving plenty of drinks left on counter by people who couldn't wait any longer. Nobody in front of us and by the time we came out a long queue had formed awaiting service.

Love coming here. It's a large 18 screen cinema complex over 3 floors with lift and escalators available. Also part of a large entertainment/dining area. There's a bar on the first floor serving food and drink, other snacks, sweets and drinks are available on the ground floor. It's kept clean and tidy and a good range of films are shown throughout the day.Plenty of parking around the whole area.

Place is going downhill rapidly to be fair. People on phones during films. Massive queues for food and drink. Got here an hour early and took 45 minutes for coffee then was stood at the ice cream part for 30 minutes before someone said its shut. Not hard to put a sign up is it. Needs more staff with more of a friendlier face and wanting to help rather than not wanting to move from their station.

Popped into this CineWorld while out for a drive, the staff were very helpful, the file we watched was in a massive room & being further away from the screen felt very comfortable, being able to view the whole screen without moving our head up or sideways. Great place to see a Movie. Will be calling back someday.

Worst experience of my life. Would have given it a 0 star review if I could. We had to get compensation since last time our seats were taken. I was on my last straw? Today I was absolutely shocked to find that our tickets couldn?t be done online. It took us 45 minutes to even be allowed to get tickets and then waited 2 hours to watch the next film. Horrible experience. From previous experiences,There was food on the seats and on the floor that had not been cleaned. This wasn?t the first time there was food on the floor. I decided to be patient but to my surprise i was in UTTER DISGRACE! Watch something at home and don?t waste money. Go at your own risk of wasting your time. No wonder they are going bankrupt!

Cineworld Cinemas is a leading UK multiplex cinema chain and the best way to watch a movie. Watch a huge range of the latest films in comfortable screens in ...Cineworld currently operates in the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Israel and the US. ..Good cinema, with a broad range of films to choose from. Ample parking. The only annoying thing is when you're selecting your seats on the screen it's easy to get mixed up and book tickets right at the front instead of the back and vice versa. Should be clearer.Good cinema, with a broad range of films to choose from. Ample parking. Went to watch John Wick 4 in IMAX for the very first time. I was skeptical as wasn't really sure how good the difference is, when the film started if you have watched it you'll know what I mean when I say I jumped so hard I nearly made a boo boo in my pants. Awesome building, beautiful cinema and wow what an experience ?

I hadn't been here in years and well the screen is great picture and audio but the seats are average for the price you pay. Popcorn was okay but I've had better. Ice cream was very nice though! I will come back here but don't if it will be anytime soon.
