Hey this is a great shop, the staff are great, I have been served by the older fella with the beard (he is brilliant) , never had any probs with CEX , some negative reviews on here seem a bit weird and don't ring true, I once bought something and had a problem and they took it back straight away, also bought some real bargains

Bought a mobile phone from this shop over 200 quid and it didn't work properly so took it back and they said it was working fine and couldn't find anything so took it to cex shop in town and they said the phone charger part was bent will never go to crystal peaks cex shop again and would advise others not to got £75 quid back for a phone I payed over 200 for they are con artists be aware of this lot

I AM NEVER USING CEX AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I bought this mobile phone (Samsung S21) from them on band C, when I got it, the charger port was already dodgy at charging up and needed to be propped against stuff to get it to charge. They offer a 24 month warranty but there is no point in having it. I explained the phone was like that when I got it and they said they wouldn't do anything about it due to the charger port being faulty which it was when I bought it from them for over £200! Bad customer service and I have spent thousands over the years with them but don't feel like a valued customer. I ain't shopping here anymore! You are better getting stuff online second hand, signed by one unhappy customer! ???

I always keep my games and consoles in great condition, came in to trade some stuff in and they opened a game disk, walked off around the corner so I couldn't seem them and then came back with my game disk saying they can't take it because its scratched....
It was not scratched, it was a perfect disk with no marks, no scratches, no finger prints. I'm really anoyyed that they scratched my game disk and then acted like I'm the stupid one. It's horrible and I refuse to use CEX from anything again
