Went 22/08/25.The food and coffee were excellent and the ladies that served me were delightful. Definitely will go again.

We used to love the Lasagne and garlic bread. Been a while since we last visited but sadly they've changed this classic. It used to be a dry lasagne but now it's just swimming in sauce which was a real shame. Not at all like how it used to be. The garlic bread was also a little disappointing from how it once was. I don't mind it a little burnt either, but this was borderline. Given that meal wasn't cheap we'll probably look elsewhere when fancing pasta dishes.
Staff were helpful and nothing was a problem for them.

The food was great, but the service was awful.

We do like coming here, we earn a voucher each month from Vitality Healthcare so it is nice to come here and enjoy a meal after a long walk and a train ride here. Lovely food, dog friendly and great service.

I got a traditional breakfast when I last visited and the service was outstanding that I received. I was served by Lacey who was very attentive, polite and kind. She was also very smiley which is nice to see and makes my experience so much better. The food was also a very high standard, I have no complaints and would recommend to others. I am definitely returning on my next visit to Meadowhall !!

Their pizzas banging. Even I couldn't finish it, tasty, soft crust. The ice cream scoops are small though so order a triple up.

Every time we come to Meadowhall, we always visit Carluccio?s. The service and food is amazing. The food is good value for money. We would recommend this to all my family and friends.

Every time I'm in Meadowhall I come by but I don't think il bother from now.
The waiter a tall man with glasses and beard very rude and arrogant. Customer service skills are either non existent or he isn't fond of brown people.
He first spilt my tea on the napkin whilst serving and stl served me a napkin with a corner soaked with tea. When asked to change he had a slight annoyance to my surprise.
To top it off when I put milk in the cup first to make my tea I noticed black little bits. I reluctantly asked him to please change the cup and he didn't even apologise for the cups having bits but then also didn't even make any sort of apology etc just replace the cup and left me with a quarter jug milk.
Disgusting behaviour from a worker. As a business owner I would be ashamed of such a person representing my establishment.
I left a detailed review so this can be looked at and investigated. Please check your cameras if you have any.
Today's date 11.50 am.

Came last month with my mum and really enjoyed our stay. The food was nice and the service was lovely. Our waiter, Diogo was very kind and accommodating, made the experience even better. We came back today for a birthday celebration, unfortunately the experience wasn?t the same. Our waiter was quite passive-aggressive and wasn?t accommodating at all, even though she was friendly and attentive with other tables. After this experience, i am indifferent about returning.

Bethany is the best server and you shouldn't let anyone else take your order. She's the best.

Food takes forever to be made, sat over 15 minutes. Poached eggs were hard, really disappointing

A quiet Sunday morning breakfast for me was not quiet in this kitchen, as they only had one chef on, I was warned of the thirty minute wait before I sat down (without a wait). But I had nowhere to be, so it wasn?t an issue, and the staff were so good about it as well. The cappuccino was very tasty, but the apple juice I ordered alongside, I question whether it was watered down. I wouldn?t be surprised if it was in order to make the ?Go Magnifico!? offer financially viable.
In the end, I only waited about twenty minutes for my food, and it was alright. I?m pretty sure my Eggs Pancetta Benedict was served with bacon, not pancetta. The eggs were a little undercooked, but this is preferable to over-poached eggs, so it was fine. The Hollandaise sauce tasted ?jar-y?, and indeed it?s spooned out of a bowl from under a heat lamp, so if you?re a Hollandaise snob, would not recommend.
Overall, for £15, it?s a nice coffee and some alright grub. It didn?t break the bank, and it?s nice to have a server actually smile at you for once, unlike at other family friendly restaurant chains nowadays.

Great service and lovely food! We booked a table in advance since we visited on Saturday lunch time. That was a good idea otherwise we probably needed to queue up for a while. Seafood linguine was especially tasty.
