“Took our car to Kwik Fit, Penistone Road this morning due to multiple warnings of low tyre pressure. They already had plenty of cars in but Ben checked all the tyres promptly and, as expected, one had a puncture. Left the car with him and got a call within an hour to say the new tyre was on. Great customer service from Ben and his colleague.”

“Lovely man on the reception. Looked online for any appointments for a free repairs check as had some concern with an oil leak under my car- I’ve got no clue about cars, so thought I’d get it looked at for some peace of mind. Got booked in immediately and arrived, was greeted by a friendly man on reception who were lovely and told me that it could be a couple of hours. No later than an hour, I had a call back telling me my car was all ready to be collected! He explained over the phone any concerns and gave me a real peace of mind that it was all fine. Went to pick the car up and again, he were nothing but reassuring and really took his time to help answer any queries. Lovely stuff, will definitely be coming back to this Halfords again.”
