The women (I didn't get a name) working this evening was eating on the counter putting her fingers in her mouth to eat. Without washing her hands she proceeded to take cakes out of packaging with her hands to put them in the display window. This is disgusting and she shouldn't be allowed to serve food. I would suggest not going to this one on the moor and instead go to the one just up the road at St. Paul's where the staff are much friendly and understand hygiene.

Normally a big Caffè Nero fan. This one was awful. Ordered a chocolate milkshake over the app took about 10 minutes for it to be made even though there were no other customers waiting and the drink was horrible. Had lots of solid shards, like grit and sand in the bottom of the drink and absolutely no flavour at all. The customer service was non existent with no staff to be seen at the till with my drink being left on a table for me to collect myself. I?m going to contact Caffè Nero as I believe this experience was just unacceptable for the prices coffee shops are charging today.

I ordered a frappe and pistachio mousse cake, the frappe was average and palatable unlike the cake which was stale and had a hint of sulfur.
The lady who served me also handled the forks by the prongs which grossed me out.

Went today at 7:30 am Saturday opening time and the barista told me she is not ready to open yet only after 10 mins. So I couldn?t have my coffee before work and it was really disappointing took me a while to reach cafe Nero to be turned down.

I have only been here once so far as I usually go to larger cafés or coffee shops. It's quite nice, pretty cosy and has a fast service. The had a chocolate milkshake that was very tasty. Would come back again.Dietary restrictions: One person I was with was lactose free, so this wasn't an issue at all.
