Come here regularly as I work across the road from them, must say out of all the cafe Neros I've been in in city centre this is by far the better one, customer service is always spot on, the coffees always taste nice and look very well crafted and the place is always clean and smelling fresh! Credit to staff Claudia and Joe there service is fantastic! If your a coffee fan I'd definitely recommend coming here!
Kid-friendliness: I've come here with my 3yr old daughter a few times and felt really comfortable, easy access to the building for pushchairs and the staff are super friendly towards children to. The baby chinos are done really well and my daughter loves them. The toilets/changing room is always smelling fresh and clean to. The staff are fun I think the lady's name was claudia and she's always made my daughter laugh or smile before we leave. Definitely recommend for kid-friendliness!
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor easy access for wheelchairs, plenty of space inside and easy access to toilets

I visited Caffè Nero with my wife, and I bought a late to take out. My wife is heavily pregnant and asked to use the toilet but was refused by the staff since they wanted to clean and close the store, despite it was 18:10 on Thursday and the closing time was 18:30.

Even though this is a chain coffee shop, this is a great Caffe Nero branch. The staff are super friendly and the drinks are always well made and delicious. I go out of my way to go to this Nero's instead of the others in Sheffield as it's a much more comfortable experience.

Come in here most days and it?s nice and quiet for getting work done. Was in a rush today and spilt my drink just after ordering it and the barista very kindly made another one, favourite coffee shop in the city.
