I think I had a bad coffee, not up to there usual standard, however I should have complained in store. Nero is still worth a visit. Better luck next

Thank you so much to all the staff at Caffé Nero's, especially Issie for looking after my dad yesterday . Making sure he was safe until my mum picked him up. I can't thank you enough. Much love and a Merry Christmas to you

Slow service and baristas were more interested in taking the next customers order than serving me. The seating area upstairs was not pleasant and the floor was dirty. Will not be going back here again.

Filthy and needs a massive clean. I came once in 2018 and the same dead flies were still there on the window ledge 5 years later. You can barely see out of the windows now they are so dirty. Shame as it?s a prime spot and could be lovely. It reflects the city centre - tired, unloved, mismanaged and left behind.

Lately I noticed staff not following good hygiene standard grabbing cups from inside with bare hands...spoons and cups not cleaned

The obvious double standard and disgusting face from a young blonde short hair white female waitress this afternoon. If you work about customer service, I suggest you better have a corresponding service attitude and professional manner. Instead of letting people who jump in the line order first and deliberately making other customer wait for a long time to order. Everyone could tell your arrogance which actually only makes you look miserably pathetic. ?SHAME ON YOU.

Branch of the popular Caffè Nero. Seating inside and outside. Range of coffees, chocolates, teas etc. Also cold drinks. Good range of cakes, sandwiches etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will go again. Good view of the peace gardens from upstairs.Parking: No parking at cafe. Use the city centre car parks or street parking.

I often use Cafe Nero for a quick coffee when in the city centre. Today I popped in because my 3 year old son desperately needed a wee and the tram was due to arrive. Out of courtesy I asked the girl if it was ok. She bluntly refused telling me I had to buy something. It?s a 3 year old boy! Anyway, I Went to the Cathedral instead, was met on door by one of the clergy who even took us to show us where the toilets were. Made a £2 donation. I?ll never again spend money in Cafe Nero. It?s a soulless, child adverse hole. No humanity here, it?s just a profit, money focussed vacuum.
