My friends and I have been coming to this place together for almost 5 years, we have never had any disrespect or any mischief, they kicked my friend out of there without anything happening, you are really very disrespectful, because you have to respect every customer, I hope you change that manager, so that no one is disrespected anymore

i have start going there 4 years ago and since now because i have never noticed that the manager is that disrespectful about one of our friend because he just told him that you are not allowed in here anymore and he have no reason for that and he has no right to do that and we are always been respectful and been there every single day and not seen anything like that it?s really weird and hopefully when he sees this massage he will be shameful

It's been 5 years. I'm a customer here and I've never done anything disrespectful to them. They tell me if you can't come here yet. But I told them what's the problem. They never told me. I've never done anything disrespectful to them. But they did something very disrespectful racist people working there

I was there but I saw very bad things but this is not nice. The manager tells the customer. If you can't come here again, the customer tells him. What right do I have to come here, did you do anything wrong? He tells you. No. Okay. Explain to me why I can't come here. But he is the manager. He was very disrespectful to him. You need to change him. Shame on you

I go there everyday. The staff are usually so nice. Good place to get some work done.

The staff are really nice and friendly, it doesn't feel like a massive chain coffee place as a result so it's great.

Normal excellent from Caffè Nero and staff working well and labouring on when it gets busy and stressing. & I hope they enjoy their work: They certainly are appreciated by many of us I feel sure !, as is the Caffe Nero brand way, and coffee!!. Lovely coffee at 7.15 a.m. with nice quiet classical etc music mix for a gentler start into the day.
