Really nice restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was really nice. Children friendly.

50 minutes to get a burger that was pretty much thrown at me on delivery. Burger was alright but a bit burnt. Better places can be found for the money.

Inattentive staff, long waiting time. We were seated by staff who then left us for 25 mins before asking if we wanted drinks.

The service was excellent; I can't fault the staff of the restaurant in any way. However, the menu seems a bit dated and there were plenty of dishes that were unavailable to order. The food itself was OK but I don't think it merits the price you have to pay; I believe there is better quality available for the same price. Fortunately, we were rocking Tesco vouchers so our final bill was palatable - I really wouldn't have been happy to pay full price for this experience.

Dined here alone while away on business. Had to get up twice to ask for service. Food was placed in front of me without a single word said, prompting me to have to get up again to ask for salad dressing. Staff were always found chatting together at the bar, one of them eating their meal. When directly approached they were pleasant enough. At one point though I wondered if I were invisible. Shockingly poor service. I have complained, received a voucher for my trouble (no intention of using it) and a bunch of generic platitudes. Avoid this branch.

Unfortunately one of the best chains is going down the pan. St Paul's staff on a recent visit just could not be bothered. It was obvious they didn't want new customers at 21.30 and how strange a few of the items were not available on the menu. We got starters and a main, but the kitchen was closed and left in the dark about desserts. We were refused desserts.

Well what a lovely change to have a very efficient friendly waitress serve us on Wednesday 12.30 lunch.

Wow this place is amazing, staff are excellent and exceeded my expectations. Had the afternoon tea for two with wine. Was absolutely beautiful would definitely recommend. The manager is also a credit to this company and really makes you feel welcome. I had my 5month old daughter with me aswel and he couldnt do enough to ensure we were comfortable. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Most staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The food is good and reasonable quality. There were, however a couple of issues such as we asked for sweet potato chips but were served regular chips but still charged for sweet chips. It is fairly common for mistakes so, because we had a money off voucher we decided not to complain.

Went in yesterday, asked to sit outside in the sun. She sat us down and forgot about us completely, waited to be served over 20minutes. Looked like there was only 2 staff working. We kept looking out to call her but she was too busy, we were hungry so had to just leave without telling her. When we walked past again after almost two hours, the menu was still on the table outside.

Enjoyed our food and the overall atmosphere in Café Rouge during a quick lunch break. We ordered the Salmon Croquet which was very tasty and served quickly. We only paid £5 each due to having a Wuntu discount code.

A firm favourite. We eat here regularly when in Sheffield. Good food - friendly staff all in the heart of city centre shopping.

It's the only place I've ever been where a flat white and a latte apparently are exactly the same! Utter rubbish!! Service with an attitude sent drinks back and 5 minutes stood on the counter Mr attitude brought them back. When asked which was a latte didn't have a clue!

Where do I start? Letâ??s start with the broken outside marble tables (3 of them) or perhaps we should start with the phantom menu? The server should specify which dishes are not available due to supply when she hands the menu over, instead you are left to choose an item and play a guessing game of which items are available. To her credit the server was lovely at all times and provided excellent service. In the end we finally guessed on mussels with sauce.
The mussels turned up in a silver pan, was told you provide no water to wash your hands at the table, no bread was available so we simply had mussels eat with cutlery.. as an avid traveller I can assure you this is not how the French eat mussels. Lovely location to sit in the sun (apart from the broken tables)
