“On Sunday 21/01/2024 I visited B and Q on Queens Road in an attempt to purchase a replacement shower hose. I was stuck and asked for help as by this point I had worked our that in removing my hose I had also removed a nut which was now stuck! A guy called Richard took my old hose off me went to the tool station and removed it for me. I wouldn't have been able to do this as it was stuck fast. Richard went above and beyond to be helpful and this kindness made such difference to my day and I was able to have a shower! , thank you so much.”
