The pharmacy at this store is absolutely atrocious ! I?ve traveled today through woodseats on a 35 minute drive to collect some medication only to be told it is closed due to unforeseen circumstances! It?s not the first time this has happened. You need to employ staff that are available for patients to collect medication that is needed. Hopefully you are not in a situation that YOU need medication and have endure what we have contend with. I shall going elsewhere after tomorrow!

Staff are always friendly and polite, wide range of products including photo print off service and pharmacy.
However, the pharmacy service could be much improved. Several times we have been to pick up prescriptions and due to the fact it's controlled drugs, it requires a final check from the pharmacist. There's only one pharmacist on at a time therefore it's often a considerable wait as they are doing consultations or on their break. With how busy the pharmacy is, they should consider additional staffing which would potentially also help manage the long queues.

I went for a blood pressure check, and the technician was very unprofessional, he made inappropriate remarks about my appearance stating ?you look like you work on a construction site? and then stated that ?you look very mature for your age? as a young woman these comments made me feel very uncomfortable, overall my experience felt uncomfortable and I found him very rude, would never go back again

Don't use this place for pharmacy services, they don't do service!! They don't read the reviews too , I will get an auto response if I'm lucky. Im used to the terrible queue at the pharmacy counter. Its usually due to too few staff. Today 10 people waiting were told to go away for 30 minutes as the pharmacist was due a break so they couldn't dispense. I was the only one to complain yet lo and behold suddenly they could dispense but just for me. ( perhaps to avoid the complaint). Service is shocking but after my complaint I got a call from the manager who said she tells the staff to manage the queue. This is passing the buck the manager should implement a strategy to alleviate the queue as it grows. Telling the customers they cannot be served then serving those who complain about service is totally unjustified. Look at the dreadful reviews below and get your pharmacy needs else where.

Ordered Accu-chek cassette that said on the box that it would expire Sept 2025. On installing, the device reported that the cassette would expire Jan 2025.
I took it back to replace and the store was worse than useless. Actively obstructive and refused to replace as it was open.
They clearly train their staff to obstruct and provide terrible customer service.
I won?t be shopping here again.

Rude, nobody answers the phone at the pharmacy, drive down instead to find sluggish staff, slow with no urgency, chatting and don?t acknowledge you for waiting.

Rude male pharmacist. No please no thank you zero customer service threw a brown paper bag on the counter when asked please may I have a bag. This is a place people come when they aren?t feeling their best and the last thing they need is to come in and get shocking service like I?ve just encountered. If you don?t want your job I?m sure there?s many willing people who would love it and be pleasant to their customers. The young lady serving was nice enough it?s just a shame the whole experience was let down by the guy dressed in a brown jumper and no uniform who is possibly in charge. The walk in centre sent me here as it was the only place open in the area. Never again! I?d rather wait until the next morning and deal without my medication and pain for another night then come back here. Smiles and good customer service cost nothing!

Awful pharmacy. On two separate occasions within a month, the doctor sent my wife s prescription, one of them an emergency, directly there. When we got there, they said they had been sent to the "off- site distribution centre" and will be there tomorrow. No idea what one of them is, and the explanations from staff made no sense whatsoever. After insisting that the prescriptions were urgent, they found some in store anyway. The latest one has a now saying "please, read patient information leaflet before use", but it was not included. Terrible service and a massive waste of time!

Useless pharmacist, degree for just a decoration on your C.V. You go with a minor toe issue and ask if there?s any cream to use, I explained what happened and her only suggestion was to go see the doctor. ?? no wonder NHS is struggling because you got useless Pharmacists sending people to see doctors when its almost close to impossible to get a doctor appointment. Anyway, she didn?t even tried to suggest any other alternative that I could use (which i found already in their own store). As a pharmacist you are trained for almost 5 years to give people a suggestion or a solution, if that issue persists then yes you need to be seen. I do not know if she was having a bad day, or just a lazy pharmacist.. or maybe just useless? Who knows !! At the end of the day, you are paid average £41,000 to give clients a good suggestion before the actual need to be seen by a doctor. Everyone can send people to see a doctor you do not need a degree for that.
