(This rating is only for the Pharmacy)There seems to be a lapse in attention when dispensing prescriptions, especially when certain medications are out of stock. As a working father with a wife who has limited mobility, I ordered a repeat prescription via the NHS app on Monday. Despite having a few days for the prescription to be prepared, upon visiting the pharmacy on Thursday, I was informed that one of the medications would be available the next day.Returning on Friday, I discovered the medication faced supply issues, and they suggested I obtain the prescription from another pharmacy. After spending nearly 6 hours on Friday and an additional 4 hours on Saturday searching for the medication, I finally located a pharmacy, albeit at a considerable distance. However, upon reaching the pharmacy where I found the medication just before closing, I found that Boots at the Moor had printed my prescription but did not release it to be collected at a different place. So I rang them to request to release, but no one cared to answer the phone call.Now, I am left without the needed medication, and I must wait until next Monday for a resolution. This situation is distressing, especially considering the potential suffering my child may endure due to someone not adequately attending to their responsibilities.

Went in to buy a covid test , went to go get served and the man said to a woman colleague ?im not serving her you can? not being funny but I work in a hospital job so I have to take them often. Bad customer service

Extremely rude service by a pharmacist named Deborah. The girl was being unnecessarily rude and racist asking personal questions in public loudly. Management needs to take action against her and she needs to learn how to speak to customers and patients. Disgraceful and egoistic person.To Deborah if you read this, you are horrible person and nothing else. You have zero customer service skills and you are a prick with no smile or empathy to speak to customers. I don't know how on earth NHS hired you. You should be grateful to have a job, if you act like the realistic pathetic person you are in an interview I guess you would never get hired. Learn some skills and stop bullying people.

I bought my sore throat and cold medicine here. The pharmacist was soo busy so she can't really entertain me well. And the prices of the goods here are more expensive than other shops. So yeah.. but they have quiet good stuff and they have member card as well.

I would say one of the best place to buy beauty, pharmacy and health related product. About this store it keeps the same standard and provide service as many other Boots store. I like to call out hospitality they provide to customer.
