IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD) Usually go here weekly if not twice a week, but after today's experience I won't be stepping foot in there again.
JANE (on the tills) you need better customer services, never in all my life have a felt like I did today. Not professional, no customer service skills, no eye contact (probably not the right job for you)
Your johnsons paint (750ml sage green) is on offer for £10 but instead of checking you just slammed it to side and took it off my bill, wheres the common curtesy, Anyway the range had a much better selection and cheaper.

Shop here occasionally, some of the staff stand around chatting while the tills are queuing up the aisles.
Well stocked and can normally get what I need so will still return
