Multiple times there have been dodgy people huddled in the parking area and a few homeless sleeping in there too, the stairwell leading to the shop is filthy and always has a horrible smell, the shop has a good range of items however there are a few working tills but there is always just one person working it and sometimes there is a big queue so it takes forever, not only that but the staff look depressed and work really slowly so it makes everything so much slower than it needs to be

Good store with lots of low cost , useful items, but , having to wade through litter and general waste on the entrance steps is depressing !
The store sells brushes etc , so a quick ten minutes clean up would not be beyond someone . A bit of pride goes a long way .

Friendly staff think stoneacre service dept chesterfield should go there for customer care training . Get all sorts here everything from shoelaces to pink elephants, would be good to have more colour variety regarding car spray paint for the amount of customers who scrape their car's on car park posts?

Big B&M with a lot of choice but could do with a bit of cleaning/ TLC, especially the way from car park to store.

Really needs a good clean up on steps outside seem to leave litter out there for weeks. Also put plants out to sell then never water them and just let them die so sad.

Nice big store with a lot of options that the smaller b&m don't have. Nice staff too.
