Not taking donations until further notice. No indication of this on their website, so a wasted trip for me. This has been my go to place for donations. I guess I have to find another charity.

When it comes to variety of items its the best place to find out your required stuff but recently i felt that the prices are going up.Whats the use of a cherity shop when you cant afford things there?I believe the management should revise the prices especially the cushions, mirrors , and pots. One thing I must say the staff is very nice

Smashing place where you can still get a good quality bargain. Fast turn over of fresh stock. Nice, helpful staff.

Incompetent staff. I got asked to pay again for my items as the first payment didn't go through according to them. In fact, it did and I got charged twice! Proven fact on my banking app. Also told very rudely that I should have kept the receipt. Sorry but you should not have charged me twice? I was also told in a child like manner that they can't give a refund right now and will contact head office. Haven't heard a thing. Even after sending multiple emails. Yes, you're a charity shop but you still need customer service. Sort it out. I'm still waiting for my refund.

A lot of stuff but most is too expensive, hence why they have so much and it is not selling. I would have bought quite a few things but they were far too expensive.

Prices are too high. I went in twice, a month apart and they still have the same things on the rails, not selling. Clearly things are too expensive and people aren?t buying them.

I?ve shopped here for a few years now, but on my last visit, I couldn?t believe how much their prices have increased. This location started off pricing most clothing at £1.50 but now most items are prices at what you would pay on eBay. I overheard one of their staff members saying that they check prices on eBay. I refuse to pay eBay prices at a charity shop. They have loads of clothing, which if it was priced reasonably, I would purchase. For example, they are asking £4 and £5 for fat face tops that are marked, have holes in or are bubbled. They have some new items, but again, they are asking £15 and £20 for the likes of Zara. In comparison, I bought a Zara dress from TK Maxx for £4 which was brand new with tags. There is a cost of living crisis and charity shops are increasing prices. If you want to find bargains, I recommend the RSPCA and Not the Charity Shop in Woodseats as they price second hand items accordingly. I won?t be wasting my time here anymore.

Massive charity store with loads of things like electronics, clothes, bric a brac and just so much more. Items are priced fairly and often beat the cost of other nearby second-hand and charity shops.

Good prices, lovely staff. Big store, I wish they would have more in display though.
